1. “you”, “your”, “entrant” means the person who has entered the competition;
    2. “we, “us”, “our” means Lindt & Sprüngli (South Africa) (Proprietary) Limited, including its holding company;
    3. “partner agency” means, Thirty Four Degrees Marketing, 14 Longkloof Studios, Darters Road, Gardens, 8 000, Cape Town
    4. “the competition” means the chance to win one of ten prizes by entering the competition in terms of the rules set out below;
    5. “the prizes” means 10 LINDT HELLO hampers to the value of R5,000 each;
    6. “the winners” are consumers who entered the competition in the manner stated below;
    7. “rules” means the rules of the competition as set out herein;
    8. “Digital entry” means an entry into the prize draw to be held on the LINDT Chocolate South Africa Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages;
    9. “Activation entry” means an entry into the prize draw that has been generated by personalising a LINDT HELLO 100g slab at one of the three LINDT HELLO activation sites;
    10. “activation sites” means one of the following LINDT HELLO Personalised Packs events: Barrow Court, V&A Waterfront, Cape Town, 24-26 June 2016:  9am – 9pm  Friday – Sunday; Pick ‘n Pay Court, Menlyn Park Shopping Centre, Pretoria,1 - 3 July 2016, 9am – 9pm on Friday, 9am – 7pm on Saturday and 9am – 5pm on Sunday; Promozone Court, Gateway Theatre of Shopping, Durban, 8 – 10 July 2016, 9am – 9pm on Friday and Saturday and 9am – 6pm on Sunday.
    1. Each of the 10 Prizes includes the following:
      1. 1 x each core HELLO slab; 1 x each core HELLO stick; 2 x each HELLO Limited Edition flavour; 1 x HELLO Chocolate Bits box; 1 x HELLO Tin Heart; 1 x HELLO Sweet Popcorn slab and stick; 1 x box of HELLO EMOTIS; 12 pack of favourite HELLO flavour will be personalized; 1 x Fuji Film Polaroid Camera + 10 pack of film; 1 x Nifty250 voucher to the value of R500.
      2. Hamper contents can be and will remain subject to change and will be based on availability of stock.
      3. In case of damage or fault on delivery of the prizes to the winners, the winners will have to deal with the partner agency. After delivery of the prizes, LINDT and the partner agency do not take responsibility of any damange or loss to the prizes
      4. The HELLO hamper worth R5,000 is subject to the following terms and conditions:
        1. The LINDT HELLO hampers will be delivered to the winners at the  physical addresses supplied to the partner agency.
        2. if the HELLO hampers are lost, stolen or damaged, then LINDT has no responsibility and will not replace the chocolates.
    2. Entry into the draw:
      1. Entrants gain entry into the draw by personalising and printing their purchased LINDT HELLO 100g slabs at one of the three LINDT HELLO national activations or by digitally sharing their personalised packs on selected social media websites using the hash tag #ShareHELLO.
      2. Selected social media websites include Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
      3. Winners will be selected at random and emailed to the email provided by the winner, directly by the partner agency. External parties will be used to ensure fairness.
      4. Digital entries close at 24:00 on Friday 15th July
      5. A digital entry is validated when a user creates and shares their personalised pack to Facebook, Twitter or Instagram, using the #ShareHELLO hashtag. To qualify, the user must also tag LINDT South Africa in their post. Personalised packs can be created digitally at www.lindt-hello.co.za
      6. Activation entries close at 18:00 on Sunday 10th July 2016
      7. An activation entry is validated when the entrant completes the personalised pack process inside the HELLO phone booth, prints their personaised label from one of the printers at the activation and completes and submits their full and correct details via the LINDT HELLO site (www.lindt-hello.co.za).
      8. The entrant details must be complete and filled in correctly in order to make the entry valid to enter in to the competition.
      9. LINDT HELLO holds no responsibility for people who do not get a chance to enter the competition at any activation site or digitally for any reason beyond LINDT’s reasonable control.
    3. Selection of winners:
      1. The 10 x winners will be selected by means of a randomized draw. External software will be used to ensure fairness.
      2. Hamper contents remain subject to change and will be based on availability of stock.
  3. RULES
    1. This competition is subject to the rules. All entrants, by entering the competition, agree to be bound by the rules.  A copy of the rules is available at www.facebook.com/LindtChocolateSA and at www.lindt-hello.co.za.
    2. You must read the rules and pay special attention to all the terms printed in bold.
    3. In order to qualify as an entrant, you must -
      1. reside in the Republic of South Africa;
      2. provide voluntarily and of your own free will correct and full personal contact details;
      3. be over the age of 18 years;
    4. The activation site entries for Western Cape will close on Sunday 26 June 2016 at 21:00, Gauteng activation site entries will close on Sunday 3 July 2016 at 17:00, KwaZulu Natal activation site entries will close on Sunday 10 July 2016 at 18:00. The digital competition entries will close on Friday 15 July 2016 at 24:00. All activation and digital prize winners will be contacted by LINDT or its partner agency week commencing 18 July 2016 and will be announced on www.facebook.com/LindtChocolateSA thereafter. All further communication will be conducted jointly by LINDT and its partner agency.
    5. Each winner will be personally contacted by the partner agency in order to obtain proof of ID and their physical address details for the delivery of the prizes to the winners
    6. We, our directors, members, partners, employees, agents and consultants, the suppliers of any goods and services in connection with the competition and campaign and their respective spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members are not permitted to participate in this competition.
    7. If we are unable to continue with the competition for any reason beyond our reasonable control or if required to do so by any regulatory requirement or applicable law, we may terminate the competition on prior reasonable notice to all entrants: provided that no prize winners will have been determined. If the competition is terminated in any of the aforementioned ways, subject to applicable laws, no entrant will have any claim of any nature whatsoever against us, unless we acted with gross negligence or with fraudulent intent. 
    8. Only ten prizes will be awarded.
    9. The prizes –
      1. Are not transferable and will only be awarded if all details supplied by an entrant are factually correct;
      2. will not be exchanged for cash amounts or for any other prize other than the prize offered; and
      3. may be substituted with another prize of similar commercial value, if for any reason beyond our reasonable control, the prize is not available;        
    10. You understand and agree that as specified in 2.3 -
    11. Once the prizes have been awarded in terms of the rules, the results are final in all respects and no correspondence will be entered into.
    12. The digital entries will open on 15 June 2016 and will end on 15 July 2016.
    13. The activation entries will open on Friday 24 June 2016 at 09:00 up to Sunday 10 July 2016 18:00.
    1. To the extent legally permissible and unless we acted with gross negligence or fraudulent intent we assume no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from, in connection with or as a result of an entrant's or prize winner’s participation in the competition; entrants and the prize winners indemnify us against any claims of any nature arising from, in connection with or as a result of their participation, in any way whatsoever, in the competition.
